Black History Month Celebration

On Friday 23rd October we will perform our Carnival inspired dances, recite our poems and wear our headdresses. We have been learning about important figures in black culture in our curriculum lessons too, please ask us why we are learning about Black History Month and help us change the narrative about black history. Please also dress your child in a coloured t-shirt on Friday 23rd October as below. T-shirts mustn’t have any green in them at all as this affects the green screen filming!
