• Each group designs and uses questionnaires or research activities to gather views from their peers.
• Outcomes are fed directly into school improvement planning, ensuring pupils see the real impact of their contributions.
• This structured approach empowers pupils, builds leadership skills, and strengthens the partnership between pupils and school leaders
