Our health offer includes Health Visitor clinics, child development checks, 27-month reviews, breastfeeding support and advice around infant feeding and healthy development. Families can also access Speech and Language Therapy appointments and be supported to access other services when further help is needed.

Hackney’s Health Visiting Team provides support from pregnancy through to a child’s fifth birthday and can help families access other professionals where needed, including Speech and Language Therapy. 

We also provide information about Healthy Start vitamins, feeding, healthy eating and other health and wellbeing support.

Our aim is to make it easier for families to ask questions and get help early. You don’t have to wait until something becomes a big problem before asking for support.
