Gainsborough’s EYFS Holiday Camp is on offer to our 2, 3 and 4 year old pupils during the February, May and October Half Terms as well as being offered for one week of the Easter break and for most weeks of the summer holiday periods each year. Exact dates for all of our EYFS Holiday Camps are shared in advance with parents and carers who must sign up for the provision by the agreed deadlines as spaces are often limited due to staffing ratio capacities.
During our camps, children will learn through play-based activities that support the EYFS prime areas; communication and language, physical development, and personal, social and emotional development. All within a calm and established early years routine led by our experienced practitioners who help to create a safe, caring environment where children can explore, build confidence and have fun.
We offer flexible attendance models during all of our EYFS Camp periods which include:
- 9.00am to 3.30pm
- 8.00am to 6.00pm
As part of the offer, children have access to snacks and sundries. For a small additional weekly fee, children can access freshly cooked meals provided by our School Food educators which meet the National School Food Standards.
