After School Clubs are organised by Key Stages to ensure that your child/children get the best out of them. When you sign your child up to one of our clubs, you are agreeing to a space in that club for the entire term, therefore, you will be asked to pay for the number of weeks that are included in that term. This means that the cost for clubs will vary from one half term to the next.

Costs

There are two separate charging rates for After School Club:

• EYFS After School Club (Nursery & Reception Pupils) – £5.00 per day
• School After School Club (Years 1 to 6) – £4.00 per day

Emergency Bookings (on the day)

Emergency After School Club is charged at a flat rate of £5.00 per child. per day; this charge covers the period from 3.30pm to 5.00pm.

Bookings

We have a termly booking system for all of our wraparound care services including breakfast club, after school club and play centre. All spaces are limited and should be booked and must be paid for in advance to ensure that your child’s place is secured. Parents are required to sign up for all of these clubs on a termly basis; attendance does not automatically roll over from one term to the next. All booking forms are available from the main office.
